antique horizons cattle farm! the biggest farm in the Albaster area, Antique Horizons is full of nice, fat mouses and birds, even in the wintertime. However, The Farmer hates seeing strays on his property, so it's dangerous to come onto the farm, even in the fields. But, if you somehow manage to sneak into the barn, congratulations. The barn is only about five years of age and has a non-leaking roof and nice warm hay and straw to nap in. The risk may be worth it, though The Farmer has been known to shoot.

cherokee hunting range! obviously, a hunting range isn't the best place for a stray cat - that is, during hunting season. This huge range, which is basically a small hut on a plot of maybe two hundred acres, is only used during hunting season. Any other time of year it's completely safe, and there's many good shelters here. It varies in terrain, however. Some parts are grassy and flat, others dense forests, others a rocky incline. Quite an adventure.

welcome to albaster! this is how you get inside the old town of Albaster, New Hampshire. Or out, I suppose - though most cats stay inside the city. There's a giant archway marking the city limits, made of stone. It's over one hundered years old, and yet, is still standing. The keystone at the center of the arch is huge and sparkles in the sunlight or moonlight, casting a delightful bliss over the tiny city.

market square! this little market square is pretty much the heart of little Albaster. Complete with cobblestone streets and a towering bell tower. It's sort of stuck in the past, but according to the mayor, it "helps us return to our roots." And there you have it. The market is pretty much a bunch of shops and such, and often little kids feed the strays if you're cute enough. That is, if there isn't a worried mother standing by.

willow creek apartments! it's difficult for a stray to find a life around here, because there are so many people and because the landlord always chases away any animals that come within fifty feet of the premises. However, if you're sneaky, you might be able to sneak into one of the many holes in the foundation and hide under the building altogether. It's cramped and dark, but it's shelter and keeps you dry. But, be careful - sometimes raccoons tend to get there first.

the streets! like every city, Albaster does have a ghetto. Though this one is more abandoned then an actual ghetto, it's a nice place for strays because no one ever comes down here. The ghetto is the area right around the southeastern edge of Albaster. There are lots of abandoned buildings, with boarded up windows and plenty of dark places to hide. There may even be the occasional mouse. Overall, you could say the ghetto is, for once, a nice place for the strays.
